Delivery within Australia
For Online
purchases delivered within Australia we prefer to use Australia Post.
Customers will be notified by email when their order is dispatched. Some orders
may be delivered with an alternative delivery service. Regular parcel post will
incur a $10 fee. Australia Post provides a timeframe of 2-5 business day delivery service within
metropolitan areas, however, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for
locations outside of metropolitan areas and up to business 5 days for
interstate.

some delays are being experienced. Orders placed during sale or promotional
periods may also be subject to delay.
Delivery to New Zealand
Online purchases to our neighbours, New Zealand will incur a flat delivery
fee of $15.00. For all deliveries
outside Australia we use Australia Express Post International service. Australia
Post provides a timeframe of 3-7 business day delivery service between metro
areas of major cities. Mic Mac Boutique Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible
for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the
country where delivery is placed. The responsibility for any custom duties,
foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer. Please

International Deliveries

Refunds
Mic Mac Boutique Pty Ltd are happy to exchange or refund full price
Online purchases for faulty or damaged items.
All requests to return faulty or damaged items must be made to Mic Mac
Boutique Pty Ltd in writing (email) within 7 days of receipt of the goods to sales@micmac.com.au or call +61 (02) 4862 5409. Exchangeable,
returnable or refundable goods must be approved for return with a Returns
Authority (RA) number. Items must be returned in their original packaging with
tags attached.

We recommend choosing carefully on sale items as we do not offer
refunds, store credit or exchanges unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged.

Exchanges
Mic Mac Boutique Pty Ltd will exchange itemspurchased online if they
are:
· In saleable condition.
· Items that have not been worn,
damaged, washed or dry cleaned.
· Shoes must be tried on soft surfaces.
We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. Shoes must
be returned in the original box.
We are happy to
offer an exchange on items returned within 7 days, with a valid receipt and in
its original condition. We are unable to offer refunds on any item unless the product is deemed
faulty or damaged by Mic Mac Boutique Pty Ltd.
No return on sale items or items purchased during promotional periods
Mic Mac Boutique Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any loss or damage
of items on return shipping. We recommend using a reliable and traceable
delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
Once the item(s) have been received by us, they will undergo review and
once cleared, we can proceed with your exchange or refund. Refunds will be
processed directly to the PayPal or Credit Card account used for purchase.
We do endeavour to process refunds & exchanges as soon as they are received
but please allow 5 business days for returns to be processed.

Sale or Clearance Items
For any online purchases made during a sale, we do not accept
exchanges, refunds or credits for change of mind. All sales are final. We
kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase.
Boutique Purchases
For any purchases made in our boutique, we are happy to offer an
exchange on an item returned within 7 days, with a valid receipt and in its
original condition. We are unable to offer refunds on any item unless the product is deemed
faulty or damaged by us.
